Winter Policy:
Deposits: A Deposit of 25% of the reservation value is taken if the reservation is booked outside of 30 days of arrival and then the reminding 75% is due 30 days before arrival.. If the reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival, full payment is taken at booking.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled outside of 21 days of arrival are refundable minus a 10% cancellation fee and reservations cancelled within 21 days of arrival are fully non-refundable.

Summer Policy:
Deposits: A Deposit of 25% of the reservation value is taken if the reservation is booked outside of 30 days of arrival and then the reminding 75% is due 30 days before arrival. If the reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival, full payment is taken at booking.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours of arrival are refundable minus a 10% cancellation fee and reservations cancelled within 24 hours of arrival are fully non-refundable.

Pet-friendly rooms are located in the back of the hotel in the forest king room and double rooms. There is a pet fee of $25 for the first pet and $10 for any additional pets. This is a per stay charge, not per night. Guests will pay the pet fee upon check-in at WPML.
