Summer Policy:
Deposits: Reservations booked more than 15 days or more in advance, a deposit of 25% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For arrivals 14 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Airfare, rail tickets and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid in full.
Cancellations: If lodging is canceled by 4pm the day prior to arrival a 10% cancellation fee applies. Canceling any time after 4pm the day prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Airfare is nonrefundable once ticketed. Changes in airline reservations are subject to a $175.00 fee per person plus any increase in fare. If canceling a paid car rental 4 days or more prior to arrival, the payment is refundable less $25. If car is canceled 72 hours or less prior to arrival reservation is non-refundable

Pet-friendly rooms are located in the back of the hotel in the forest king room and double rooms. There is a pet fee of $25 for the first pet and $10 for any additional pets. This is a per stay charge, not per night. Guests will pay the pet fee upon check-in at WPML.
